Now WORDS can count as domestic violence as 'emotional abuse' is recognised in legal shake-up

Husbands and wives who ‘emotionally abuse’ their  partners could be guilty of domestic violence under Government plans.


This may include cutting up clothes or banning them from seeing friends.

It could mean prosecution for those who ‘bully or abuse’ – but whose behaviour falls short of actual physical attacks.    Read Full
