Killer to help cops find his wife's body Adrian Prout finally admits murdering tragic Kate

A WEALTHY farmer who was jailed for life for murdering his wife during a bitter divorce dispute has finally admitted killing her.

Adrian Prout, who has always denied any part in wife Kate's disappearance, made a dramatic prison cell confession last night.

He agreed to show cops where he disposed of her body and will accompany detectives to their former home, Redhill Farm in Redmarley, Gloucs, later today.

Prout, 49, was convicted by a jury at Bristol Crown Court of murdering his wife after she vanished on Bonfire Night in 2007. Her body was never found.     More Read
