Family cat is killed by 27-strong pack of fox hounds as hunt rides through their land... and its corpse is returned in an empty dog food bag

A family cat was savaged on its own land by a pack of hunting dogs, with its corpse returned to its devastated owners in an empty dog food bag two days later.

Moppet is thought to have been chased by a pack of up to 27 fox hounds, which was running through land belonging to the pet's owners.

The 18-year-old cat, who is also deaf, 'didn't stand a chance' when she was set upon by the hounds.    More Read
