Navy punishes 64 San Diego sailors in 'fake pot' bust

The Navy says it is punishing 64 San Diego-based sailors on three vessels for using or selling drugs, mostly the synthetic drug "Spice," which mimics marijuana, the Navy Times reports. Several have been booted out of the service.   More
