The heart-stopping moment woman was pulled to safety by her friends from hotel window after threatening to jump

Wearing just her nightclothes, a young woman dangles perilously from a third-storey window as a group of her friends try to drag her to safety.

The dramatic photograph was taken by a guest at the Bromley Court Hotel, in Bromley, Kent, on Saturday morning.

The 25-year-old had threatened to jump before five of her friends grabbed her in a desperate bid to save her life.

One hotel guest said her life was 'hanging by a thread' after he watched the drama unfold.

Nightclub manager Mike Broadfoot, 55, who took the picture, was waking up in the hotel when he heard her terrified screams at around 9.50am on Saturday.                 More Read
