Girl, three, rushed to hospital after being dragged through shopping centre by out-of-control mobility scooter

A three-year-old girl was taken to hospital after she was knocked over by an out-of-control mobility scooter.

Chanel Smith was at a shopping centre with her mother Sarah, 35, when she was dragged under the wheels of the vehicle and pulled across a shop floor.


The driver, a middle-aged woman, apparently lost control and drove into the child at 4mph.      Read Here
