A WOMAN who had a miracle escape when a concrete block was dropped from a bridge on her car is terrified at how close she came to never seeing her children again, she revealed today.
Lisa Horne, 26, was in her Vauxhall Astra with mum Stella, who thought something had fallen off a PLANE.Their vehicle was targeted as it passed under a bridge on the A12 near Ingatestone, Essex, last Thursday — 45 minutes before a second motorist was left fighting for life after a separate attack.
