Call for special branch! Trail of pine needles leads police to Christmas tree thieves

It was one of the easiest crimes police had ever cracked because there were plenty of clues to follow.

For dimwitted thieves left a trail of pine needles after they stole several Christmas trees from a nursery.


All officers had to do was follow the green spikes for half a mile before they found the trees dumped in a garden.     More Read
