SCO aims to enrich partnership through expanded economic, cultural cooperation

BEIJING, Nov. 8 (Xinhua) -- The Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) enters the second decade of its development with clearer economic and cultural cooperation goals to enrich the partnership among member countries.

The SCO's 10th prime ministers' meeting, which ended late Monday in the Russian city of St. Petersburg, was held in the "Year of Good-Neighborliness and Friendship," a theme adopted by SCO member countries.    Full Read
