A BOY of 14 caught with two guns and live ammunition walked free yesterday — as a judge said Parliament had "tied his hands".
The schoolboy escaped being locked up because in the eyes of the law he cannot be classed a "dangerous" offender.Sentencing guidelines meant the judge had to let him off with a youth rehabilitation order — despite him admitting having two pistols and 13 bullets hidden under floorboards at his home.
