Murder arrest over Colette Davies' 2004 death in India

A man has been arrested seven years after a woman fell to her death while travelling in India with her husband.

Colette Davies, 39, from Bridgend, died near a river bridge in Gaura in the northern state of Himachal Pradesh in 2004.

Police who travelled to India for a review into the case - initially found not to be suspicious - confirmed a 50-year-old man was being questioned.

He is being held on suspicion of murder.   More Read
