Lion's heartfelt hug for rescuer

THIS lovable lion thinks his owner is the best bar none.

The big-hearted beast often stretches through the railings at his enclosure to give Ana Julia Torres a squeeze.

The pair have become inseparable since the 52-year-old rescued him from a travelling circus 12 years ago.

Jupiter was severely malnourished when Ana discovered him and brought him back to her animal shelter in Cali, Colombia, to nurse him back to health.

Now he likes to show Ana his appreciation by giving her a big cat cuddle.     More
