ADOLF Hitler lived in Britain, became fascinated by London and enjoyed pints in the pub, a TV documentary claims.
The Fuhrer, whose bombs would devastate the country in World War Two, came to the UK in 1912 as a 23-year-old to stay with half-brother Alois, who lived in Toxteth, Liverpool.He also visited London — and loved Tower Bridge. Hitler even managed to bribe his way into the engine room.
Researchers on BBC's Inside Out programme found he stayed in the UK for five months. Read Here
