Football fan banned from flying his team's flag in his garden by killjoy council... because it's 'advertising'

A football fan is facing a £2,500 fine for flying his club's flag in his back garden without planning permission.


Matt Houchen, 32, was stunned to be told to take down his Norwich City emblem after a member of the public complained.
