At the inaugural Key Executive Officer Seminar at the HDB Hub on Tuesday, Singapore's
Minister of State for National Development, Lee Yi Shyan, announced
that a country-wide survey will be undertaken to help the government
seek public views on real estate agency industry in the country. The survey will involve over 3,000 respondents, and it will be carried out by the end-2011.
As per the details shared by Shyan, consumer satisfaction and expectations will be among the four areas which will be covered by the survey, the findings of which will steer the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA) towards the development of Singapore's real estate agency industry and help in enlightening the consumers.
