University covers quad in FISH FERTILISER to deter students from smoking marijuana... as 4/20 fever sweeps America

To deter its students from partaking in one of the nation’s largest annual campus celebrations of marijuana, university officials have applied a cocktail of stinky fish-based fertiliser to the lawn at the University of Colorado-Boulder.

After more than 10,000 people - students and non-students - attended last year's marijuana rally on Norlin Quadrangle, officials believed this is the most effective method to stopping students from smoking.

Meanwhile, Americans across the country are preparing to light up at 4:20pm to celebrate the holiday that is popular among college students and those with an affinity toward cannabis.        Read Here
