A law student was dragged into a park
and savagely raped after being ‘turfed off’ the last bus home because
she was 20p short of the £5 fare, a court has heard.
The 22-year-old victim was left stranded in a city centre at 3am after the bus driver refused to wait a few moments so she could withdraw extra money from a nearby cash dispenser.
