To deter its students from partaking
in one of the nation’s largest annual campus celebrations of marijuana,
university officials have applied a cocktail of stinky fish-based
fertiliser to the lawn at the University of Colorado-Boulder.
After more than 10,000 people - students and non-students - attended last year's marijuana rally on Norlin Quadrangle, officials believed this is the most effective method to stopping students from smoking.
