My perfect husband by Jessie J gig widow

THE widow of a man fatally stabbed with a broken bottle at a celeb-packed Jessie J gig praised him as the “perfect husband” today.

Dad-of-two Phil Sherriff, 37, was rushed to hospital with a severe neck wound but could not be saved.

Telecom worker Phil’s relatives, including photographer wife Jane, paid tribute to him in a statement today, saying: “Phil was the most genuine, likeable and generous man you could ever hope to meet.

“He was a perfect husband, son and father to our daughter, aged eight, and son, aged five.        More Read
