DELEGATES AT THE Labour Party’s annual conference, currently being held in Galway, have voted to totally reject the sale of semi-state assets.

The motion was carried by 158 to 152 in a card vote, reports RTÉ.

Meanwhile, several thousand people gathered outside the conference to protest against Government policies.        More Read
