GREENSBORO, N.C. — The federal judge overseeing the John Edwards
criminal case is rejecting what she calls an "extremely broad" effort by
his mistress to keep evidence out of the public eye.
Judge Catherine Eagles denied a bid by Rielle Hunter's attorneys to restrict what the public will be allowed to learn about a court battle over a sex tape showing Hunter and Edwards.
