would have found it hard to lock himself in a bag in the way MI6 spy
Gareth Williams was found, his inquest was told today.
Expert Peter Faulding said ‘even Houdini would struggle’ to padlock himself in the holdall containing the naked body of the secret agent.
He is convinced that a mystery third party stuffed the 31-year-old in the North Face bag when he was unconscious or already dead and then hoisted it into a bath.
The naked and decomposing body of Mr Williams was discovered in a large North Face holdall in the bath of his Pimlico flat in August 2010.
Today, the inquest into his death watched several videos of two experts attempting to padlock themselves inside from within the heavy-duty holdall. More
