Two men guilty of London riots mugging that shocked nation

TWO men were today convicted of mugging a dazed student during the London riots in an attack that shocked the nation. 

YouTube footage showed John Kafunda and Reece Donovan pretending to be Good Samaritans and helping injured Malaysian Ashraf Rossli after he had been attacked.

But the video outraged the country last August when the thugs then rifled through 20-year-old Ashraf's rucksack and stole his belongings.

Today a jury at Wood Green Crown Court convicted Kafunda 22, of robbery and violent disorder.       Full Read
