A Royal Marine who took his own life
on his return from Afghanistan was one of 90 per cent of troops who did
not have a welfare interview within the 12-week guideline, an inquest
was told today.
Dylan Kemp, a 28-year-old member of 42 Commando Royal Marines, wrote in a suicide note that he had 'too much anger'.
