Anzhi part company with yet another head coach

Russian football’s big spenders, Anzhi, have parted ways with head coach Yury Krasnozhan, who only joined the Makhachkala side in January and has not overseen a single official game.

­According to the club’s official website, Krasnozhan left the club on his own initiative. He informed the club of his desire last week and on Monday his resignation was accepted by Anzhi’s administration.

"I can only say one thing, the main reason for my decision is the differences in the basic principles of managing the team,” Krasnozhan explained. “I ask the Anzhi supporters to understand the difficult decision I’ve made.”       More Read
