Retired businessman Christopher Tappin
arrived in the U.S. late last night to faces charges of plotting to
sell missile components to Iran.
He is due to stand trial in El Paso, Texas, accused of trying to buy batteries for Hawk missiles from American undercover agents to export to the pariah state.
According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, Mr Tappin arrived at the city's airport last night accompanied by U.S. Marshals, though he was able to slip by reporters. More Read
