A mother has died after being stabbed in a small Welsh village.
Emma Louise Jones, 31, was rushed to hospital with a stab wound near Pennygroes, Wales in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Two women and one man are being held in custody over the knife murder of the mother of one.
North Wales police said in a statement: ‘The police have trained family liaison officers supporting the family of the deceased.
‘Police can now confirm that Emma died as a result of a stab wound she received.’
Detectives are studying images from CCTV cameras in the village which could provide a clue about early-morning activity.
The death came as the village of Pennygroes, near Caernarfon, was preparing to celebrate its Christmas fayre. Read Here
