That's bound to shake up the literature critics: Downton Abbey star Dan Stevens joins 2012 Booker judging panel

He's more commonly known as the Matthew Crawley in the ITV1 costume drama Downton Abbey. 

But Dan Stevens has been selected for a new, less familiar role as a member of the judging panel for 2012's Man Booker prize. 

Stevens, who is editor-at-large for online quarterly The Junket and a regular guest on the BBC's "Review Show", joins academics Dinah Birch and Bharat Tandon and historian Amanda Foreman.    Read Full
