Fuel dearer in south


DRIVERS in the south of England are paying more for petrol than those in the north, new figures have revealed.

And it is costing them an average of £1 extra every time they fill up at the pumps.

 In London a litre of diesel will set you back 141.32p and a litre of unleaded will cost 133.94p, according to the forecourttrader.co.uk survey of average fuel prices. But in Yorkshire and Humberside diesel is 140.44p a litre and unleaded just 131.53p.    Read More
