Brits work harder than anyone else in Europe

BRITS work harder than almost anyone else in Europe, new figures show.

The UK's full-time workforce is only beaten by those in Austria and crisis-hit Greece when it comes to working long weeks.

Brits knuckle down for an average 42.7 hours a week compared with 41.6 across the EU.

Danes have the best deal — clocking up just 39.1, according to the Office for National Statistics.    Read Here
