FORMER Kings Cross cop Wendy Hatfield has won her fiercely contested defamation case against the third Underbelly TV series.
A verdict in favour of Ms Hatfield was formally made in the Supreme Court yesterday, with all other settlement details to remain confidential.
Ms Hatfield said the victory vindicated her decision to sue. She had sued producers Screentime, TCN Channel Nine and Nine Network Australia over Underbelly: The Golden Mile.
