Russia and China has started at a high profile conference on cyberspace
in London. At least that is how some view the event.
“The UK has issued a direct challenge to China and Russia over regulation of the internet, with [British Foreign Secretary] William Hague insisting that cyberspace must not be ‘stifled by government control or censorship’,” says the report by The Guardian newspaper.
