Cat cheats death twice Shelter tried to kill miracle moggy in gas chamber

A MIRACLE moggy who survived TWO attempts to put her down is now set to get new owners.

Black and white cat Andrea was living in an animal shelter after being picked up as a stray but was placed on its "death list" after not being adopted for 30 days.

She was put in the shelter's gas chamber with other unclaimed strays, but was still alive when staff went to remove the bodies.

An astonished employee ran the process a second time then, thinking Andrea was dead, put her in a plastic bag and placed her in a cooler.    Read More
