World’s Oldest Lady Owes Her Long Living to Strict Regime

World’s oldest woman, Hendrikje van Andel-Schipper, died at the age of 115, and credits her long survival to her good habits, like restraining from drugs, limited intake of alcohol, and smoking and taking proper food.

You would be wondering that if she has died, how come she revealed her long survival secrets maybe she has left a letter. No, researchers have studied her genes and have gathered her medical test reports of time when she was 113. At the time of 113, her mental ability was not more than a woman of 65 and 70, and did not have any ailment that is related to old age like diabetes, arthritis, high BP and cancer.   More Read
