Newborn Baby Found Dead On City Porch

PHILADELPHIA - Police are investigating the grisly discovery of dead newborn baby found wrapped in a towel on a porch in the city’s Logan neighborhood Saturday morning.

According to police, the son of the owner of the house made the discovery on the 4900 block of North Marvine Street around 9 a.m. The son and his mother had stopped by house, which his father owns, to get some warm clothes while on their way to a charity walk, but he was stopped in his tracks when he saw the baby.   More Read
