Just 5 days in jail for breaking a baby’s LEG Mum's fury over ex's soft sentence

A BRUTE who broke a baby’s leg has walked free after just five days in jail.

Joshua Rose left 21-month-old Kyla in agony after assaulting her and her mum.

But a soft judge let off Rose, 22, with a sentence which was blasted by a victims’ charity.

The five-day stretch was only one day more than Kyla spent in hospital.

Her mum Kirsty Buchanan was not aware ex-boyfriend Rose, who is not Kyla’s dad, had been freed and bumped into him in the street a week after he was sentenced.         More Read
