Mum held after two babies killed in ‘Nappy Valley’ Horror at banker’s £1.2m home

A MUM was under arrest last night after her two babies were found dead in a well-to-do area packed with kids and nicknamed Nappy Valley.

Stylist Felicia Boots was being held at a police station after devastated husband Jeff returned home to discover the lifeless bodies of his ten-week-old son Tej and 14-month-old daughter Lily Skye.

The tiny pair had apparently been smothered to death.
Neighbour Oliver Jones, 27, came home to see banker Mr Boots sobbing in the street outside his £1.2million house.
