Chief exec John Rishton says engineers are the real "heroes" — and essential to fixing the UK economy.Now he wants more people to take up "geeky" professions — like The Sun's professor Brian Cox.
Mr Rishton said: "He is inspiring people."
His comments came as Rolls' annual profits soared 21 per cent to top £1BILLION for the first time.
