DAVID Cameron has delivered a stark warning to France and Germany — saying their EU redesign will take too long to save the euro.
The Premier went to Paris yesterday for emergency talks on the blueprint with Nicolas Sarkozy.As they spoke, the French president's radical vision to "refound" the union was backed by German Chancellor Angela Merkel.
She called for tax and spending decisions to be merged, and a massive new treaty to be drawn up that all 27 EU members must ratify.
