Case against owner of pit bull that fatally attacked Ayen Chol delayed


THE family of a little girl mauled to death by a pit bull mastiff were left bewildered and disappointed today after the dog's owner did not appear in court. 
 
Lazor Josevski, 57, of St Albans was expected by the little girl's family to front Sunshine Magistrates' Court for the first time to face eight charges arising out of the horrific attack that claimed the life of four-year-old Ayen Chol.

Ayen's parents, Mawien Chol Monjang and Jackline Ancaito, and a number of members of their extended family hoped to see Mr Josevski in court to answer the counts.

But he wasn't required to appear and the matter was adjourned at the front counter until February 6 next year.     Read Here
