Victim's husband figths killer' release

THE husband of slain service station attendant Toula Soravia is fighting a recommendation his wife's killer, David Zammit, be given day release from prison. 
 
Toula Soravia was shot at point-blank range as she sat in her car outside a bank at Summer Hill in April, 1994.

She and her son Alex, then 17, had gone to deposit the day's takings from their Summer Hill service station in a night safe when two men approached them. Zammit leaned in the car and put a gun to Mrs Soravia’s face and shot her.   More Read
