Clinic uses bike to ship sperm

A MEDICAL clinic has devised a novel way to deliver its products to needy customers - a bike shaped like giant SPERM.

The 10-foot long bike's bulbous head is filled with liquid nitrogen that keeps its precious cargo of human sperm cool.
