Burglar's callous letter blames victims for raid

A SHAMELESS teenage burglar wrote an "apology" to his victims — calling them DUMB and insisting the raid was their fault.

The heartless 16-year-old yob told the family he had no remorse and had been forced to pen the note.

Then the feckless thug mocked his victims by telling them they were stupid for not drawing their curtains and leaving a kitchen window open.

The lad had been made to write the message as part of a special programme for habitual crooks.

The Intensive Supervision and Surveillance Programme for young offenders is billed as the "most rigorous, non-custodial intervention available for young offenders".     Full Read
