Bad day at the office? Disgruntled 'former worker' hurls desks, chairs and computers from window of high-rise office

We've all had bad days at the office that have left us with the urge to throw something in frustration.

But one man took his impulse to the extreme by launching desks, computers and a fire extinguisher from a high-rise office block in Bristol city centre

Workers were sent scrambling for cover after the man launched debris from the 10th floor of the 262ft building.

The man - believed to be a disgruntled former worker run - had run amok in the 17-storey Castlemead Tower, smashing doors, office furniture and setting off fire extinguishers.

He then set off the building's fire alarm at around 7.20pm on Tuesday - forcing hundreds of workers to assemble downstairs.     More
